“We had a great experience with Milton Frank Plumbing. Jesus was the technician dispatched to our home, and he exceeded expectations from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and extremely efficient throughout the entire process.

The installation was completed in a timely manner, and he took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, which we really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who combines skill with great customer service so well.

Jesus has definitely earned our trust—he’s now our go-to technician, and we’ll be requesting him for all future service. Highly recommend!”

“Cody was excellent did a wonderful job. Unfortunately the manufacturer sent out a brand new product with one incorrect part that once the machine was turned on it was so loud it wasn’t intolerable after he called their service department for InSync Creator. They informed him it was the wrong ring that there was in the package and it would take 7 to 10 days to get a new one. I gave him all the information I collected from the guy in the Philippines, not in Wisconsin, where the company manufacturers and ships from that I didn’t want to wait that long. He made no effort to assist me said he couldn’t do anything. I’m hoping you guys can call Wisconsin and get me a new part sooner Cody was wonderful.”

“We had a leak in our upstairs guest bathroom. The leak came through into our main bedroom closet downstairs. I called Milton and Frank Plumbing. The service technician, Tanner, came out quickly and diagnose the problem. He made a timely Repair and explained the entire Repair process to me. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend Milton and Frank plumbers for any repairs, especially their technician Tanner who was very professional.”
