Tanner did a thorough check of all showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and laundry equipment water points, including the outdoor faucets. He pointed out four that will need attention, including the one I was most concerned about, a dripping sink faucet. Tanner was able to repair that immediately and I will be able to schedule out the other three instead of being faced with catastrophic failure of them should they fail on their own time.
